Blaine Annett founded A Street Partners in 2017 with his brother Colby Annett and both are responsible for the overall performance of the company. Prior to starting A Street Partners, in 2009 Blaine and his brother pioneered and started the West Coast office for Stream Realty Partners. Blaine has been hired by customers such as RREEF, Invesco, Gemdale U.S.A., Guggenheim, KBS Realty Advisors, HighBrook Investment Management, Mark IV Capital, Interventure Advisors, Dolphin Partners, Crow Holdings, Hillwood, and Clarion. Blaine lives in Turtle Rock in Irvine with his wife Jennie, Harper, and Smith.

Mark joined A Street in 2018 and has been in the real estate accounting industry for over 25 years. Mark has worked with both large and small property management companies and investment firms in Southern California and the Phoenix area including Opus, RREEF/Deutsche Bank and Sares-Regis. In 2000 Mark set up a regional accounting office in Phoenix for RREEF and in 2002 relocated to Orange County to help oversee a larger regional RREEF office of about 80 accounting professionals which handled over 30 million square feet of commercial real estate in California and Arizona. Mark and his family live in Irvine, CA where he enjoys golfing, hiking and attending his son’s team sporting events.

As Regional Vice President of Property Management, Mike Meyer is responsible ensuring client satisfaction within portfolio of managed properties.  His experience spans 25 years in roles of increasing responsibility in property management and client development. He has previously served as Regional Vice President with Lincoln Property Company (through its 2023 acquisition of RiverRock Real Estate Group) and as Director with Cushman & Wakefield.

Maria Holsinger joined A Street Partners in 2025 with over 16 years of commercial real estate experience at Lincoln Property Company (formerly RiverRock Real Estate Group). Known for her collaborative leadership and strong financial acumen, she has successfully led high-performing teams and managed operations for over 5 million square feet of commercial assets.

Maria brings deep expertise in tenant relations, financial analysis, and property management across diverse asset types. She holds a degree in Physics from the University of Oxford, is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), and a licensed real estate salesperson.

Kimberley brings over 25 years real estate accounting experience with a focus in commercial property management. She has held leadership positions with CBRE, Coldwell Banker, RiverRock Real Estate Group and Lincoln Property Company prior to joining A Street Partners.

Kathy Valentine brings over 23 years of experience in human resources, payroll and talent management to her role as Director of Human Resources with A Street Partners, specifically within the real estate industry. Her background includes HR leadership positions with RiverRock Real Estate Group, Lincoln Property Company, and Home Loan funding.

Quan Nguyen, Staff Accountant, joined A Street Partners in 2020. Having graduated from California State Long Beach, Quan was able to rack up four years of residential property management accounting experience while studying for his Bachelors of Accounting.

He’s excited to step into the commercial field to bring his experience and work ethic to the company. When he’s not busy crunching numbers, he enjoys playing tennis, snowboarding, and traveling to find the best ramen spots.

Shelby Tucker, Senior Property Accountant, joined A Street Partners in 2022. She has 5 years of
property accounting experience. Prior to joining A Street, Shelby previously worked with Colliers
International and TerraCap Management (a real estate investment company). She has experience
with office, industrial, retail, and multi-family accounting.
With her free time, Shelby enjoys spending time at the beach with family and friends, dog sitting,
and traveling.

Joined A Street Partners in 2019 and focuses on the leasing of premiere office product in Southern California. Prior to joining the A Street Team, Morgan worked in brokerage at PRES Companies, Operations and Marketing at JLL Real Estate Services. With this background, she takes a methodical yet creative approach to building relationships with her clients and servicing A Street’s portfolio. Some of her clients include The State of Colorado, Lockheed Martin, Children’s Home Society of California and Gallagher Bassett, among others.

Morgan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with specialization in Integrated Marketing Communications from San Diego State University where she achieved membership on the Dean’s List, Sigma Alpha Lambda Honors Organization & Rho Lambda Panhellenic Leadership & Honor Society.

Jimmy Carrera, Senior Property Manager, joined A Street Partners in 2020. He has 4 years of experience in commercial real estate primarily focused on low- and mid-rise office product. Jimmy is responsible for financial analytics for clients, as well as day to day operation of properties to ensure assets are maintained above expectation for tenants and clients. Prior to joining A Street, Jimmy worked for Madison Marquette/PMRG.

Jaime L. Cook, Property Manager, joined A Street Partners in February of 2023 and is one of the newest members to the A Street team, but not to the Commercial Real Estate industry. She has been working in the industry for (5) years now and loves every moment of it. She started working as a Property Administrator for Lincoln Property Company in 2018. She shortly moved onto her role as an Assistant Property Manager where she managed a portfolio of (3) multi-tenant class A buildings. At A Street she currently manages anywhere from a multi-tenant building, a retail center to an industrial distribution center which all consists of over 1.5M square feet. 

In her free time, she enjoys spending it with her (2) boys who are growing into young fine adult men. She comes from a large family that consists of (3) brothers, a twin sister (5) nieces (5) nephews and (1) great-nephew. She spends her weekends going to the beach, the pool, bike rides on beach trails and loves experiencing new things.

Bri Luzzi, Assistant Property Manager joined A Street Partners in 2020. Prior to joining A Street, she worked for Madison Marquette helping manage office buildings in Orange County. She will be assisting the A Street management team with ensuring all tenants and vendors experience excellent customer service.

Sarah Dudley, Property Administrator, joined A Street Partners in 2023. She has worked in Facilities Management at Facilities Services Partners, Inc. for the past 5 years with administrative duties as well as managing the facilities, landscaping, and custodial at a small 4-year private college. She plans to take her skills and knowledge from Facilities to Property Management and continue to grow in the field. Sarah assists A Street Partners with all administrative tasks and provides cordial customer service for all vendors and tenants. 

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, singing, attending concerts, and having relaxing days at home.

Cindy Montoya, Property Manager, joined A Street Partners in 2019. She previously worked with Target Corporation as a Human Resources Manager.
